The Cre8 Youth & Community Programme based on the Moss Rose Estate in Macclesfield is looking for someone with a passion for the fun, excitement and challenge of community life and with proven management skills - to run the operations of this award-winning charity.
You will have overall responsibility for the management of the charity’s projects and staff team, including the management of the budget. You will lead staff and team meetings, implement the charity’s strategic plan and supervise the social enterprise businesses. You will represent the Christian ethos of the organisation which sees that all people are made equally in God’s image and which places a high value on young people who are marginalised or excluded. You will continue to implement the well-established asset-based model which Cre8 has been delivering in the community for the previous twelve years. The successful candidate with live in or near to the community of the Moss Rose Estate in Macclesfield.
